This is a non-personnel service, firm fixed-price purchase order for document destruction services for the White River Junction VA Medical Center and surrounding CBOCs. The contractor will provide document destruction services, including mobile shredding onsite, and recycling of shredded material. The period of performance includes a base year and four option years. Questions are due by 06/12/2026 at 13:00 EST. The estimated total award amount is $16. 5 million. The solicitation is unrestricted. Applicable wage determinations are listed in section D. 1 and can be viewed at www. ***. *. * criteria are in section E. 5.
The period of performance includes a base year from 10/19/2026 to 10/18/2027, with four option years extending to 10/18/2031.
Payments shall be made monthly, in arrears, upon successful completion of requirements and submission of a record of services performed and certificates of destruction. Invoices shall be submitted electronically in accordance with VAAR clause ****.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
Criteria for evaluation of quotes are listed in section E. 5.
Contractor personnel must be qualified employees and comply with all security requirements of the VAMC. They must possess required licenses for equipment operation and be fully trained and competent to perform the work. Contractor employees must wear visible identification.
The contract includes provisions for liquidated damages for reimbursement for data breach costs (VAAR ****).
Failure to comply with contractor personnel security requirements may result in termination of the contract for default.
The total award amount is $16,500,****.
