All interested sources may submit a capability statement that identifies business size, along with an authorized letter from the manufacturer with detailed information and convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the authority to provide solventum 3m software as outlined above.

If no responses are received within the date as indicated in publication of this notice, a sole source award will be made.

Contractor employees shall be trained in CGMP regulations, specific SOPs, HIPAA, and the Privacy Act. Contractor shall provide evidence of personnel qualifications and training.
