This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation for non-emergent medical transportation services for the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS). The solicitation is for a base plus four option year, fixed-price indefinite quantity contract. Offers are due by December 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM MT. A site visit is scheduled for November 10, 2025. The government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, past performance, and price. The management plan, quality control plan, proof of insurance, limitations on subcontracting certificate, and past performance are required submittals. The anticipated period of performance is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2030, subject to change. Inquiries are due by November 12, 2025, at 12:00 PM MT. All invoices must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date of service.
