The bid notice states that firms who were identified by the consultant prime that worked on the design of this project cannot work as a contractor or subcontractor on this construction project. The deadline for the delivery of proposals is May 11, 2026, by 2:00 p. m. local time. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted.

Invoices are due thirty (30) days after the university's receipt and approval of the invoice. The university's preferred payment method is ACH payments.

Warranties shall be stated by component and start at substantial completion unless otherwise identified.

Award will be based on the vendor's ability to offer the best value, considering quality, past performance, and price, as well as anticipated quality of service.

To qualify for evaluation, a vendor's proposal must be responsive, submitted on time, and materially satisfy all mandatory requirements identified throughout the RFP.

The pre-proposal meeting is optional, and vendors can participate virtually.

The RFP does not require sample submissions.
