The government's terms for payment are Net 30 days after acceptance of material. Invoices are to be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

Award shall be made to the low aggregate offeror on all items. If there is no eligible low aggregate offeror on all items, the government reserves the right to award by item.

Responses are requested from qualified sources capable of providing ROV kits. Vendors must list the country of origin for each line item and, if not the manufacturer, provide the manufacturer's name, location, and business size.

If requested by the contracting officer, offerors shall furnish sample units within 10 days at no cost to the government. Samples will be evaluated for form, fit, and function.

Failure to adhere to the demonstration timeline for alternate products will result in the alternate offer being deemed technically unacceptable. Failure to retain or provide supply chain traceability documentation may result in corrective action, including cancellation of undelivered orders or rejection of delivered supplies.
