Potting Soil - Central Stores - Iowa State University of Science and Technology ( ISU) is soliciting information from qualified contractors to provide the goods and/or services described herein. Contractors should read all materials carefully and note the due date. Contractors must submit all questions in the " Questions" tab related to this bid opportunity. Bid responses will ONLY be accepted online via ISUBid. Please allow adequate time to review and submit your response prior to the deadline.
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for potting soil to be stocked in Iowa State University's (ISU) Central Stores. The contract will be for an initial term of one year with four optional one-year renewals. Normal delivery is 5-7 business days after order receipt. All freight and shipping costs must be included in the unit pricing. ISU will not pay additional shipping unless expedited shipping is requested. Restock charges for returned goods due to ISU error will not exceed 15%. Returns due to contractor error are at the contractor's expense. Pricing must be firm for the initial term. Bids must be submitted online via ISUbid by July 17, 2026, 05:00 PM CT. Questions deadline is July 22, 2026, 05:00 PM CT.
