Seymour No. 4 Dam Improvements - Replace the existing spillway with a concrete drop inlet strucure with 48- inchdischarge pipe and energy dissipator at the downstream end. A new 16- inch outlet pipe controlled by astainless steel slide gate will be installed in the drop inlet spillway structure. Installation of a new valve andextension stem on the existing low level outlet upstream of the dam at the bottom of the reservoir. Treeswill be cleared from the embankments and the downstream slope will be filled in
