The Cattaraugus County requires a continuous food commodity service at the county center building. The successful proposer will operate a snack bar from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday (or other mutually agreed upon hours), except days the building is closed. The vendor will supply all equipment, operate and maintain it, and provide a price sheet for regular items.
