Sealed bids are requested from general maintenance service vendors for walk-in purchases of various maintenance equipment and supplies. The contract term is two years with an option to renew for two additional two-year periods. Bidders must have experience, qualifications, stock, and facilities to handle the contract. The vendor must also provide all materials, equipment, and labor to place machinery in top operating conditions or to fully assemble furniture. Payment will be made according to the prompt payment act after satisfactory fulfillment and delivery. The vendor agrees to protect the school from any claim involving patent right infringement of copyrights on goods supplied. The vendor must have a minimum of 90 days firm price commitment. The vendor must submit the proposal online through the district's vendor portal.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the maintenance and repair of roofs at the Darby Military Community (DMC) in Italy. The contract is indefinite quantity and indefinite delivery. Interested parties must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) website and have a NCAGE number. A pre-proposal electronic conference is scheduled for July 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Darby Military Community, Livorno, Italy. Justification for modification of previously awarded contracts for the AbilityOne Base Supply Center (ABOSC) Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) program to increase the maximum dollar value from $150 million to $240 million. No changes to scope of items supplied or period of performance. Justification cites that only one responsible source exists and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (10 ****). The program covers various types of commercial and modified commercial related supplies. The current contractors are the only sources that can provide the required support in the timeframe required. Award of the follow-on initiative is projected by March 2026, with a 30-day ramp-up period. The justification will be made available for public inspection after award.
