The bid will be awarded based on the lowest evaluated or responsive bid price. The project involves repairing and painting the Saunderstown water tank and its concrete base. Bidders must monitor town and state websites for addenda. A performance bond and labor/material payment bond of 100% of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
