The US Navy, Naval Construction Group Two, requires a contractor to provide a vessel of opportunity for diver training support. The contractor must supply a charter vessel capable of supporting offshore operations, including berthing and messing for up to 20 government personnel. Key requirements include a vessel with specific dimensions, a minimum passenger capacity of 20, and the ability to support diver extraction. The period of performance includes an 18-day operational period, plus mobilization and demobilization time. The government will designate the primary operational port (Gulfport, Mississippi; Pensacola, Florida; or Panama City, Florida), with offshore operations in waters **** feet deep. The contractor is responsible for vessel mobilization, infield operational support, and demobilization. The government will provide fuel, lubricants, dockside services, internet, surveys, permits, and in-water operations support.
