Contractors must meet general responsibility requirements and project-specific DRC, evaluated on a strict pass/fail basis. Also, all contractors must be registered on both sam. gov and in piee.

Contractors must have active SAM registration prior to submission to be eligible, as stated: must have an active registration in the system for award management sam system prior to submission of proposals to be eligible to conduct business with the federal government.

The government will award to the offer whose offer is most advantageous, considering technical capability, past performance, and price. most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered

Contractor must have cathodic protection tester certification, corrosion expert certification, ADCI credentials for diving personnel, and confined space entry program. cathodic protection tester certification wac **** naceampp cp tester or equivalent

Termination for cause may occur if the contractor defaults or fails to comply with contract terms. the government may terminate this contract, or any part hereof, for cause in the event of any default by the contractor

A site visit is scheduled for 09/24/2026 at 10am outside B82 bay doors at Walla Walla VA Medical Center. site visit will be on **** at 10am outside b82 baydoors

Training is targeted for March 2027. The RFP states target training execution: march 2027 and training dates would in the march 2027, and selected based on the trainers and staffs availability.

Proposals are sought from qualified safety consulting or technical training firms to deliver OSHA compliant safety training and certification for permit required confined space.
