Iowa State University (ISU) Athletics Department is seeking qualified contractors for annual preventative maintenance and inspections of boilers, circulation pumps, and make-up air units across campus. The contract term is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2029, with two one-year renewal options. Inspections are to be completed between October 1-15 annually. A mandatory pre-bid site visit meeting will be held on June 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM CT at Jack Trice Stadium. All questions must be submitted by June 30, 2026, 12:00 PM CT. Bid responses are due by July 6, 2026, 3:00 PM CT and must be submitted through the ISUBid system. Evaluation criteria include compliance with scope, cost, and terms. Pricing must be firm through July 31, 2029.
Contractors must submit all bid responses by July 6, 2026, at 03:00 PM CT.
Payment terms options include Net 30, Net 20, Net 15, Net 10, and various discount options like 0. 25% 10, Net 30.
The evaluation may be based upon compliance with scope of work/specifications, overall cost to ISU, and compliance with terms/conditions/references.
Contractors must be qualified and provide references with knowledge of their experience with the requested services/products. ISU cannot be used as a reference.
