Bids are being accepted for water and wastewater treatment chemicals for 2027. Bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM local time on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. The contract period is for twelve months from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. The awarded bidder must submit proof of insurance within 15 days of award. Chemicals must conform to AWWA, NCI, and NSF standards. Delivery times are limited to 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise approved. The contractor is responsible for any spills and cleanup costs. Payment will be processed no later than the 5th day of the following month after satisfactory submission of required documents.
