The award will depend on the successful completion of a security and accessibility review, in addition to evaluation criteria including total cost, ability to meet specifications, reporting, audit logging, API capabilities, support availability, end-user experience, and references.
Contractors must be qualified and provide a detailed quote, a completed Higher Education Cloud Assessment Tool (HECVAT), and a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT).
The awarded supplier will be required to provide test login credentials for the digital accessibility team to test the product.
Questions must be submitted by 12:00 PM CT on July 27, 2026.
Exceptions taken to the RFP/RFQ documents may cause the proposal to be rejected at the sole discretion of the university.
