The successful bidder must comply with union signatory requirements, either by being signatory to a current collective bargaining agreement with IBEW Local ****, executing an agreement with IBEW Local ****, or executing an agreement to comply with the terms and conditions of the most current agreement between IBEW Local **** and the Alaska Chapter National Electrical Contractors Association, Inc.
