Delivery shall be made no later than sixteen (16) weeks after receipt of the purchase order, unless otherwise approved in writing by the procurement officer. The sixteen-week delivery period includes tank molding, fitting layout, preparation and approval of drawings, production, and acquisition of any required transportation permits.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) after submission of proper invoices. Payment shall be made in accordance with S. C. Code Section **** waives imposition of an interest penalty unless the invoice specifies that the late penalty is applicable.

The suppliers engineer shall visit the site after the installation is completed to confirm its compliance with the manufacturers warranty requirements. The costs of these field services shall be included in the base cost of the tank.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders. The low bid will be determined by summing the extended prices. Unit prices will govern over extended prices unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible for award, you must have the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance. Submit general history and experience, current financial position, and three most recent comparable contracts.

If the state terminates this contract in whole or in part, it may acquire supplies or services similar to those terminated, and the contractor will be liable to the state for any excess costs for those supplies or services.

Do not submit bid samples or descriptive literature unless expressly requested. Unsolicited bid samples or descriptive literature will not be examined or tested, will not be used to determine responsiveness, and will not be deemed to vary any of the provisions of the solicitation.

To protest the solicitation or an amendment, your written protest must be received within fifteen days of the date the applicable solicitation document is issued. To protest an award, written notice of intent to protest must be received within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted.

If terms and conditions are objected or qualified or offeror includes additional terms and conditions to be considered, the offer will be deemed nonresponsive and will be eliminated from further consideration. If you qualify your offer with a statement like: this is not an offer, you will be deemed nonresponsive and eliminated from further consideration.

The county remits payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT) known as Vendor Direct. the county of westchester remits vendor payments via an electronic funds transfer eft program known as vendor direct.

The contractor shall provide all warranties in full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and requirements. a minimum 1year warranty on all contractor labor and workmanship.
