The contractor must provide grit removal services at the USCG yard, including personnel, equipment, and tools. The contractor must attend a kickoff meeting within 5 business days of the award. The contractor is responsible for transportation and disposal of the grit, and must provide a manifest and weight ticket. The contractor must have the capability of removing 15 tons of grit per day. The contractor must vacuum clean the scaffolding to a broom-swept condition on the last day of the performance period.
