The 2 percent participation fee is due upon receipt of invoices generated from monthly sales reports. Payments are due within 48 hours of bid closing for the administrative fee. The vendor agrees to remit the 2 participation requirement fee to the goodbuy purchasing cooperative upon receipt of our invoices generated from the monthly sales reports you submit for all business done in a given month with any and all members.

Deviations that include specific language regarding the contract number on purchase orders will result in disqualification. Winning bidders will be notified via email and sent an invoice for payment after the auction is closed. once the invoice has been paid, the buyer will receive a paid invoice and can make arrangements to pickup the item.
