Pool Heater Government Bids & RFPs

Work must be completed by October 16, 2020. The construction timeline is 08/26/2020 to 10/16/2020. completion date: october 16, 2020

Monthly estimates may be presented by the first Monday of each month. Payments are made within approximately 30 days after review by the owner. payments will be made within approximately thirty 30 days after review by the owner.

A minimum one-year warranty is required for all materials and workmanship. the contractor and/or manufacturer shall provide a minimum of one 1 year warranty for all materials and workmanship

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. award of contract will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, as determined by the board of commissioners

Bidders must meet all state bidding requirements and submit proposal forms, certification, references, and bid bonds. bidders will be required to meet all state bidding requirements.

Failure to provide required bonds within 5 days may constitute default, and the contractor may be liable for excess costs. the contractor may be liable for any costs of performing the work which exceed the amount of his bid

Bidders should visit the site to ascertain conditions affecting the work. bidders should visit the site and take such other steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the work

Bids submitted after the closing time will be returned unopened. bids submitted after the closing time will be returned to sender with attachment not opened.

Bids must be received by December 9th, 2020 at 11:00 AM. sealed bids. . . will be received. . . until exactly 11:00 a. m. , december 9th, 2020.
