construction of restoration of real property the work of this project involves replacing aging hvac systems and solving issues with thermal comfort at buffumville lake, charlton, ma. both fan coil units and condensing units shall be replaced with new heat pump systems. new heat pump systems shall be controlled via programmable thermostats. ventilation air shall be provided to the building through a new energy recovery ventilator. all existing finned tube shall be cleaned, and new finned tube shall be added to the main portion of the building where there is none currently. all existing and new heating hot water piping and domestic hot and cold water piping shall be insulated. the existing radiant slab is not currently working, and the accessible components shall be removed with the existing under slab piping abandoned in place.
