LED Street Light Upgrade Project The Town of Lyons is seeking to replace non- LED streetlight luminaires with LED luminaires withprogrammable photocells. This will generally include removing the existing luminaire, disposing ofthe old luminaire, installing the new LED luminaire, installing programmable photocell, andprogramming the photocell.
