The basis of award is the best value tradeoff process. Bidders must demonstrate experience in furnishing and installing public safety communications systems of similar size and complexity, having successfully completed three 3 municipal or public sector projects within the past five 5 years involving fire station alerting systems, public safety radio systems, emergency communications systems, or public address or dispatch notification systems.
