The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, payment bond, and certificates of insurance. Compliance with federal, state, and local codes is required. The town reserves the right to award bids based on individual items, groups of items, or the entire list of items. The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The town reserves the right to take into account the residency of bidders within the town of Watertown and/or the location of the bidder's business within the town of Watertown in awarding this bid.
