Latest US Dental Crowns Contracts & Bids

Proposals are sought from registered dental laboratories to provide services for patients at Houston COH dental clinics. The clinics serve uninsured children, those with government insurance (Medicaid, CHIP), and at-risk seniors. The contract will cover a full array of dental laboratory services, including fixed and removable prosthetics and space maintainers. Refer to attached documents 1) specifications and scope of work and 2) fee schedule (internal reference **** p55).

The Indiana Army National Guard requires extensive dental treatment services for soldiers. The contractor must provide services from their own dental office during normal business hours (and potentially outside). The contractor must develop and maintain a quality control plan (QCP) and the government will evaluate performance according to a quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). Specific dental treatments are required (root canals, crowns, etc. ). Soldiers' insurance must be used before government funds. Invoices must be submitted monthly. A designated contract manager (CM) is required. The contractor must report labor hours via a secure data collection site (using a specific web address). Reporting is required for each fiscal year (October 1 to September 30), with a deadline of October 31 of each year, starting with 2016.

This is a sources sought notice for surgical dental services for the Indiana National Guard. Interested parties must be able to provide services within 50 miles of Camp Atterbury, Indiana or the greater Indianapolis area. Responses must include organization information and ability to match the location of service. Surgical extractions, crowns, root canals, etc. are required, but fillings are not. Experience providing this care to the government is required. The submission deadline is March 31, 2024.
