Lot 2: KCI Crop Harvesting - Corn Kentucky Department of Corrections, Division of Correctional Industries ( KCI) has a farm located in Fredonia, KY at Western Kentucky Correctional Complex. There are approximately 400 acres of corn, and 850 acres of soybeans planted annually. KCI is looking for a contractor to: - Use a combine harvester to harvest grains at the end of the growing season at a mutually agreed upon date - Load on a semi- truck and trailer provided by the holder of the hauling contract - Load approximately **** bushels of harvested corn into KCI grain carts to be stored in KCI grain bins for cow feeding Vendor shall be responsible for supplying the combine or harvester, including all necessary supplies such as diesel, oil, parts, etc. Vendor shall be responsible for supplying all other equipment needed for harvesting, including, but not limited to, tractor and grain cart. Approximately 6, 000 bushels of corn shall be loaded into grain bins owned by KCI. The remainder of the corn shall be loaded onto semi- trucks and trailers provided by the contractor for hauling the crops.

This is a combined synopsis for the acquisition of commercial ammunition. The offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30. Quotes will be evaluated based on the most advantageous price to the government, however, the best lead time will be considered. Delivery of this product shall be within 90 days of the issuance of the associated award. Small businesses are capable of providing commercial ammunition and will receive preference. If it is determined that prices are not advantageous to the government other than small business quotes may be considered and justified. The solicitation incorporates by reference FAR ****, ****, **** and **** are not attached. The contract is a firm fixed price contract. Delivery is required on **** to the Federal Bureau of Prisons USP Atlanta Ammory only. The offer due date is **** at 12:30 ET.
