Lot 1: Patio Furniture A separate Bid Price Sheet is attached as Attachment C. This must be included as part of the bid response. Bidders MUST enter $ 0. 01 in the Unit Price field on their electronic bid. This is the only pricing that is to be entered electronically. All actual pricing must be entered on Attachment C Bid Price Sheet. Pricing is to include all shipping and delivery charges as well as installation. Please note that the agency does not have a receiving dock. The vendor shall be responsible for having all items unloaded and brought to the location where they will be used. The delivery location is at the loop that runs in front of the Artisan center and installation of most items will be on the back patio which is through the building. Vendor shall be responsible for assembly of all items that require assembly. The 13- foot cantilever deck plate will be bolted to the concrete. All items should be covered by manufacturer' s warranty, which shall be for a minimum of one year. Bidders should include warranty information with their bid.
