Bids must be delivered to the district office by 8:00 a. m. CST on June 22, 2026.

Vendors must demonstrate experience with K12 educational facilities, athletic facilities, and multizone AV systems, and provide qualifications of assigned project personnel.

Failure to deliver a complete and fully operational system may result in rejection of the work, withholding of payment, contract termination, and/or pursuit of remedies.

Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted in writing via email by 4:00 p. m. CST on June 12, 2026.

Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda may result in disqualification.

Award evaluations will be made using the lowest price technically acceptable lpta criteria per dfars **** 70 a 1 i.

Offerors consideration for award of contract shall be given only to authorized distributors of the original manufacturers item represented in this solicitation. If you desire to be considered as a potential source for award of this contract, proof of being an authorized distributor shall be provided on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official and sent with your offer to the procurement contracting officer.

Changes or requests for changes after award will have consideration costs deducted on modifications.

The use of mercury, mercury compounds, or mercury bearing instruments and or equipment in a manner which might cause contamination in the manufacture, assembly, or test of material on this contract is prohibited. Mercury contamination of the material will be cause for rejection.
