Independent School District 196 is seeking bids for audiovisual (AV) systems for new activity center additions at four high schools. The project includes furnishing, installation, programming, integration, commissioning, and support of AV systems for multipurpose classrooms, strength and performance centers, and track areas. Key requirements include reliable daily operation, intuitive user experiences, high-quality audio, flexible display and content sharing, and long-term sustainability. Bids are due June 22, 2026. The evaluation will be based on best value, including technical approach, experience, references, and cost. Vendors must be available for demonstrations on June 24, 2026.
Bids must be delivered to the district office by 8:00 a. m. CST on June 22, 2026.
Invoices will be paid within 35 days of receipt of undisputed invoices, in accordance with MN statute ****.
The vendor shall provide warranty support for all equipment, software, programming, installation labor, and workmanship.
The district intends to award this project based on the proposal determined to provide the best overall value to the district, considering demonstration, technical approach, experience, references, and cost.
Vendors must demonstrate experience with K12 educational facilities, athletic facilities, and multizone AV systems, and provide qualifications of assigned project personnel.
Failure to deliver a complete and fully operational system may result in rejection of the work, withholding of payment, contract termination, and/or pursuit of remedies.

Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda may result in disqualification.
