The bid notice states that all equipment and supplies offered will conform to the design, specifications, samples, or other descriptions contained in this bid, will be free from defects in workmanship and material and to the extent that the bidder knows, or has reason to know of the purpose for which the supplies are intended, will be fit and sufficient for such purpose as deemed applicable. The warranty required here under must provide all parts, equipment, transportation, technical assistance, labor and supervision necessary to correct any deficiency resulting from defects without charge until the date of final acceptance of all materials. Any product deemed unsatisfactory by the using agency will be returned at the cost of the contractor and replaced within 3 business days or sooner of the initial call to the contractor.
