This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for drilling for subsurface pavement investigations on Saddlebag Lake Road in Mono County, California. The project is located in the Inyo National Forest, and involves 10 shallow pavement boring locations along a 2. 5-mile route. The RFQ is a firm fixed price, small business set-aside. Quotations must be submitted electronically as Adobe . pdf files, including technical and price quotes, and organizational information (acceptance of government purchase orders, business size, payment terms, DUNS number, TIN, mailing address, SAM registration verification). The government intends to evaluate quotes and make a lowest price technically acceptable award. A verification of past performance will be completed. Bidders must select yes on the terms and conditions tab in OregonBuys. Bidders must complete and submit all submittal requirements in OregonBuys by the bid opening date and time. Bid pricing must be completed online in OregonBuys and the bid pricing form must also be completed. The successful offeror will be required to complete all work by November 1, 2025. Bidders must have a minimum of 3 years experience with geotechnical sampling and a drill crew consisting of at least one licensed drill operator with 3+ years experience and at least one experienced drill helper per rig. ODOT may investigate bidders and request additional information. ODOT reserves the right to withdraw any or all items from award. The winning offeror must submit certificates of insurance, a completed responsibility inquiry form, a conflict of interest disclosure form (if required), a W9 form, and a business registry number (if applicable). A non-resident bidder form may be required if the contract amount exceeds $10,000. Quotes must be received by the specified email address prior to the due date and time.

This notice is for the acquisition of **** nuts and washers. The government has rights to the technical data, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is a set-aside for small business concerns. The contract is a brand-name only acquisition for Stryker PI Drive 2 Plus motor drills and attachments. See section B for all requirements and quantities.
