The bid notice states that bids are due no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Standard Time on April 24, 2026. The opening of bids will also be on April 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM Alaska Time.

The project shall be completed and available for use within 60 calendar days from the date the notice to proceed is issued. Additional time will be allowed, if needed, to obtain permits and lead times for materials.

The contractor shall submit a schedule of values. Other requirements may be required based on when the payment is requested. All components in the payment shall be in working condition, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The contractor shall submit manufacturers warranties, guarantees, and certificates for all installed equipment listed on the project submittal list prior to final payment.

The contractor and all subcontractors shall have all federal, state, and local licenses, and/or certifications, etc. , necessary to perform work in at the station. All licenses and/or certificates must be current from start to finish of the project. The prime contractor shall have a minimum of 3 years of completing similar work in this statement of work and shall have a well drillers license in the state of Colorado.

Failure to comply with requirements regarding fossils and cultural materials may be considered a violation of the archeological resources protection act of **** as amended. Destruction of historic and prehistoric sites and/or unauthorized collection of cultural materials can result in criminal and/or civil penalties. Penalties can include fines, prison sentences, and/or confiscation of equipment.
