The owner shall make partial payments on account of the contract as follows: not later than the seventeenth day of the month following the submittal, the owner will make partial payment to the contractor

If the contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified, the contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the government in the amount of 250 euros for each day of delay.

The embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference and site visit at the chancery on Thursday July 16, 2026 at 10:00 CET.

Samples are physical examples which illustrate materials, equipment or workmanship and establish standards by which the work will be judged. The contractor shall send approved samples not destroyed in testing to the contracting officer.

If the contractor fails to comply with the completion dates established in the respective task order, the contractor shall be subject to a penalty of two percent (2%) of the total purchase cost for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed and accepted by the government. This penalty shall be in addition to any other remedies available under this contract.

Pursuant to FAR **** a offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offerors proposal to be considered non responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.

The bid notice states The contract will be for a three 3 year period as described in the contract documents.
