Vessels must be clean, U. S. or foreign-flagged, double-hull tankers with inert gas system and segregated ballast tanks, capable of carrying minimum 135,000 bbls of JP8. vessels age shall be less than 20 years for the duration of charter.

Payment will be made in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must be submitted via WAWF. the government will make payment in accordance with the prompt payment act 31 **** and prompt payment regulations at 5 cfr part ****.

Contractor personnel must meet security requirements. all contractor personnel working on the federallycontrolled facility to have, at a minimum, an initiated national agency check with written inquiries naci or naciequivalent and favorable completion of a federal bureau of investigation fbi fingerprint check.

Sampling is required. the samples identified in the solicitation attachment entitled minimum requirements for storage sampling and testing are a required part of the services to be provided.

Hire is payable every 15 days. charter hire for services under this charter party shall be payable at the applicable rates stipulated in boxes **** and shall be earned at the expiration of each fifteen 15 days of the charter period.

The owner warrants the vessel is in full conformity with charter requirements. the owner warrants that the vessel performing under this charter party shall be in full conformity with the requirements of this charter party, from the time of delivery and thereafter during the currency of this charter party.
