This is a sealed bidding solicitation for the construction of other non-building facilities, specifically the Flatiron substation 2025 breaker replacement. The Brownsville Public Utilities Board is accepting sealed bids for the annual supply of electrical inventory material. Bids are due by 5:00 PM CST on May 21, 2025, at the purchasing office. Vendors cannot withdraw their bids within 90 days of the opening date. The purchase order quantities are subject to increase or decrease as deemed necessary. Price shall remain firm for 12 months after the purchase order date.

The tender requires the installation of 60,000 lbs of corrosion protection (hot-dip galvanized), pier brackets, and polyfill for foundation support and soil stabilization.
