This memorandum rescinds the current PBS P100 facilities standards and issues interim core building standards. It applies to projects in GSA-owned or leased construction facilities with less than 50% of construction activity completed as of January 21, 2025. Projects that have completed 50% or more of construction activity may continue to utilize the P100 version. The memo provides a list of laws, regulations, and codes for projects under design and construction. Project teams must use the latest published edition of these authorities and references in effect at the time of project solicitation, along with any subsequent executive orders in effect as of the project's solicitation date. Additional information regarding specific requirements is provided in Appendix A. The document lists numerous laws, regulations, and codes that must be considered in the design and construction process. The memorandum also includes information about compliance with applicable laws and standards, which is the responsibility of the contractor.

This acquisition is for **** wallboard, building paper, and thermal insulation materials, conducted on a brand name basis with the Claremont Sales Corp. Interested authorized distributors and resellers can express their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the solicitation close date (August 6, 2025). The solicitation will be posted on SAM. gov on or about July 30, 2025. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring SAM. gov for amendments. Prequalification for subcontractor trade packages for Wake Forest Fire Station 6. Prequalification forms are due September 15, 2025. An outreach session will be held on August 5, 2025, at 2:30 PM at Wake Forest Town Hall. Project-specific prequalification forms are required. Bidders must be properly licensed and meet minority, women, and small business enterprise participation goals. Additional information may be required, including financial statements, proof of licenses, certification status, safety program policy, drug and alcohol program policy, additional project experience, and certificates of insurance. A written appeal process is available.
