A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The work includes material and installation of automatic bifolding door assemblies, with completion no later than October 1, 2026. The contractor must have at least five years of experience installing commercial automatic door systems and provide proof of manufacturer certification. A minimum one-year warranty on labor and materials is required. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The work shall be completed no later than October 1, 2026.
Payment will be made upon delivery acceptance, in accordance with the prompt payment act.

The contractor shall have a minimum of five years of documented experience installing, replacing, and servicing commercial automatic door systems, including automatic opposing swing doors assemblies. Demonstrated experience performing work in healthcare, hospital, or other occupied critical facilities. Completed at least three similar projects within the past five years, involving automatic door operators, and safety sensors. Proof of manufacturer certification or authorization to install, service, and warranty the specific automatic door products proposed. Personnel trained in compliance with ANSIA/BHMA **** and **** standards for automatic pedestrian doors. Technicians certified under AAADM American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers or equivalent industry-recognized program. All contractor employees working onsite must complete an OSHA approved construction safety training course.
If the contractor fails or refuses to comply promptly with notified safety deficiencies, the contracting officer CO may issue an order stopping all or part of the work and hold the contractor in default.
A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Main Building, E Wing Entrance.
