The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OHIOMHAS) is seeking proposals for a yoga instructor at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare for the period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027. This is a performance-based services contract for non-personal services. The contractor will provide in-person training on the design-build project process for 20 personnel over 3 days. The training will cover the two-phase project process, best practices, and document completion for a request for proposal package. Continuing education hours and certificates will be provided. The government will provide security, fire, and medical services. Base access requires the contractor to request passes and identification badges for employees and vehicles. The period of performance is 2 months. The services will be performed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and base downtime. The contractor is responsible for managing its employees and notifying the contracting officer if any actions constitute personal services. The government will not supervise or control the contractor's method of performance.
