The Karuk Tribe is seeking proposals for food service at their 26th annual tribal reunion. The reunion will be held on Saturday, September 13th, 2024, at the Karuk Admin Complex in Happy Camp, CA. Proposals are due Monday, June 30th, 2025, by 5:00 PM PST. Proposals must include a statement of qualifications, a lump sum price, and names and telephone numbers of three client references. Indian preference will apply in the selection process. Contracts exceeding $2,**** will be subject to a 2% Tribal Employment Rights fee. A background check may be conducted. The menu items are subject to modification. The tribe's kitchen will be available for food preparation and cooking. Respondents will be responsible for recruiting helpers for preparation, serving, and cleaning. Access to the gymnasium and kitchen is available for the entire weekend of the event. Service should be planned for 600 guests at dinner and 100 guests at breakfast. Food costs are not to be included in the bid.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Human Services is seeking proposals for dairy products, butter, margarine, vegetable oil, cheese, cream, sour cream, yogurt, fruit drinks, lemonade, iced tea, and milk for the Wernersville State Hospital. The tender includes detailed specifications for product quality, labeling, delivery time, product condition, packaging, contents, acceptable brands, delivery dates, quantities, payment, milk fat, moisture content, US grade, nutritional labeling, shelf life, refrigeration, laboratory analysis, unpaid laboratory fees, schedule changes, product brand, specification number, ingredients, name of bidder, packaging size, flavors, container size, type, and style. The bid must include all costs (shipping, handling, etc. ) and must be accompanied by a valid vendor license or permit from the state of Ohio. The caterer must be in business for at least one year. A site visit of the caterer's facility may be required. The bid must include a copy of current liability insurance. Invoices must not include sales tax. The bid must include the document ID number and buyer's name in the email subject line. A Northern Ireland affidavit must be completed and submitted with the bid. Bidders must disclose any wage theft or payroll fraud violations over the last three years.

The Cattaraugus County requires a continuous food commodity service at the county center building. The successful proposer will operate a snack bar from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday (or other mutually agreed upon hours), except days the building is closed. The vendor will supply all equipment, operate and maintain it, and provide a price sheet for regular items. The vendor will pay the county **** per quarter, with checks due by the 15th of the month following the quarter. A 1. 5% penalty applies to late payments. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible proposer that meets all specifications. The county reserves the right to investigate the proposer's ability to perform the work. The contract period is two years, with an option for two one-year extensions. The successful proposer must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. A performance bond of $500 will be required. Proposals not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions will be considered informal. A list of at least three references is required. The vendor agrees to repair any damage to county property caused by operation, installation, or removal of equipment within five working days of notification. Failure to meet delivery or completion schedules may result in legal action. No taxes are to be billed to the county, except those specifically levied by federal or state law. The vendor shall not assign, transfer, sublet, or otherwise dispose of the contract without prior written consent. The county may terminate the contract upon 30 days' written notice, and the vendor may terminate upon 60 days' written notice. The vendor must provide a noncollusive bidding certification.
