towing tank. The offeror must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. The offer due date is September 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM local time. The solicitation incorporates FAR ****, ****, ****, and **** X are attached. The contract includes the removal and disposal of the existing wavemaker system, installation of the new system, training, technical data, spare parts, warranty, and maintenance details. Required structural and foundation work must be planned and supported. The contractor is responsible for the safe removal of the existing wavemaker system and its components. The contractor must provide a warranty for at least one year from the date of acceptance, including scheduled onsite inspections and maintenance. The wavemaker must be capable of generating consistent, repeatable, and finely controlled seastates of varying amplitude and wave period. The wavemaker shall have wave absorption and wave height control software and wave tank gauges to allow wave height control or tank calming between test setups. The wavemaker shall be capable of creating regular waves of lengths from 2 ft. to 57 ft. and irregular waves defined by the user. The software shall consist of wave synthesis and machine control categories, including operator interface, programming wave board motion command files, sea spectra selections, predictive simulation of the tank water surface, links to the data acquisition system, carriage controls, etc. The machine control software shall control the individual waveboard servo drives, accepting motion trajectory files, start and stop commands, and timing from the wave synthesis software. The system shall be equipped with a logging feature that records time periods of inactivity, standby, and in use. The wave generator software graphical user interface shall be equipped to enable an operator to input parameters for regular and irregular waves. The contractor shall provide software training and training materials.
