The City of Lubbock is seeking proposals for single-phase pole-mount transformers. Proposals are due by July 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Electronic submissions are preferred via the Bonfire portal. Offerors must submit written evidence of their qualifications, including maintaining a permanent place of business, adequate plant and equipment, organization, manpower, technical knowledge, financial status, no pending claims, and at least five years of experience designing and manufacturing similar transformers. Each offeror must submit written evidence of their qualifications to the city of lubbock water utilities department.
All protests regarding the RFP process must be submitted in writing within 5 working days after the protesting party knows of the occurrence of the action which is protested.
