Qualified respondents must be licensed contractors in the state of Utah, meet Ogden City's insurance and bonding requirements, and have experience with the work defined in the scope of work. For security-sensitive projects, Ogden City reserves the right to conduct a criminal background check. All work must meet current industry standards, including all federal, state, and local rules and regulations. All costs related to the preparation of bids are the sole responsibility of the offeror. Once submitted, all bids become the property of Ogden City and will not be returned. The bid opening will be held shortly after the deadline at the 7th floor conference room at the same address.
