Licensee & operator services for Armory Hall, a community food hall Food hall operator to act as licensee or master lessee and manage Armory Hall, a community space and food hall containing five commercial kitchens, one flexible grab- and- go or retail stall, a large community meeting room, a main floor lunch counter with bar service, an upper level full- service bar, a community lounge mezzanine with games, and a combination of hard and soft seating throughout. The operator will sublease vendor and community spaces, manage beverage service, and provide community programming. Day- to- day operations including repair and maintenance, cleaning, janitorial, utilities, and snow removal are also included.
