Ceiling Light Government Bids & RFPs

All work must be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of the contract award.

All workmanship and materials shall be warranted for a minimum of one year from the date of acceptance.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is determined to be the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) and most advantageous to the government.

Contractor shall ensure that all work is performed by skilled tradespersons who are fully qualified, licensed, and experienced in their respective fields.

Failure by the contractor to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a proposal does not relieve the contractor of responsibility for properly estimating the difficulty or cost of successfully performing this work.

The vendor shall provide a fully installed and operational patient ceiling lift system within one year of contract award.

The vendor shall provide at least a 3-year warranty for the installed patient ceiling lift system.

Incomplete vendor RFQ technical past performance, implementation, or pricing responses will be considered non-compliant.

Missing one or more technical implementation documents, required responses to SOW, or incomplete certificates will be considered non-compliant/non-conforming.

All services described in the scope of work must commence within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of purchase order and must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days, or as otherwise determined by the tribe.

The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date and lead time, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market.

Bidders must have an existing active funded service agreement with the Tribe's Housing Department, be the prime contractor, hold a current certified license relevant to these services, have a minimum of one year of experience, and maintain a fully equipped organization.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 11:00 am at **** George Billie Rd, **** Clewiston, FL, **** is mandatory for award eligibility.

Questions must be submitted by July 3, 2026, at 5:00 pm through BidNet Direct.

Failure to attend the pre-bid conference, arriving more than ten minutes late to the pre-bid conference, not submitting all required documentation, altering provided files, or violating the cone of silence may result in disqualification.

The vendor must ensure that all deliverables and services are provided to the state by the date and time specified on the contract. If the vendor fails to provide the deliverables in accordance with the contract, the state may reject the delivery and terminate the contract without any termination charges or penalties.

Vendors failure to deliver or comply with any of these terms, may result in damages against the vendor and the termination of the contract.
