The contractor shall provide OM manuals for Government approval a minimum of 30 calendar days prior to the final inspection. Specification sections 01 78 00 and 01 78 23, Operation and Maintenance Data, provide additional information.
Contractor personnel shall ensure they have current valid licenses and certifications necessary to perform their functions. Key personnel include a Project Manager with a minimum of ten years of combined experience, a Quality Control Manager, a Site Safety and Health Officer, and a Project Superintendent with at least five years of experience in construction.
Site visit attendance is mandatory to be considered eligible for submission of proposal. The site visit is scheduled for June 1st, 2026 at 10:00 a. m. at the project performance site. RSVP email confirmation of intent to attend the site visit with entry authorization list (EAL) information is required by Friday, May 22nd, 2026.
The due date for the RFIs arising from the site visit is currently set for June 5th, 2026 at 5:00 pm CST.
If a contractor or subcontractor fails to meet the RSVP deadline for the site visit, the site visit information will not be released to your organization.
