The period of performance is from September 29, 2026, to September 28, 2031, including a base year and four option years.

Minimum qualifications for an FL NGESP Employment Coach include a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Business Administration, or Social Science) and prior case management experience or experience with employment services programs, personnel management, or human resource experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of RC logistics and maintenance programs, operations, automation systems, regulations, policies, SOPs, and RC deployment cycles are also required.

The government reserves the right to direct the removal of an employee from government property or revoke access to government systems for misconduct, security reasons, or any overt evidence of communicable disease. Removal of contractor employees for these reasons does not relieve the contractor from responsibility for total performance of the contract.

Contractors must submit one invoice per service category. Compensation is based on negotiated rates and project-specific scopes of work. Payment is for successfully delivered and accepted services. The contractor shall invoice den only for services that have been successfully delivered and accepted.

Vendor will only be paid for services and products requested by the district and delivered at the scheduled time and date. Abilene ISD is exempt from taxes.

The award will be made to responsible vendors whose proposals are determined to be the best value to AISD, considering purchase price, reputation, quality, extent to which needs are met, past relationship, and long-term cost.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree as appropriate, relevant certifications, and a minimum of two years of experience in public schools.

Failure to upload a completed pricing and other required information form will result in disqualification. Vendors may be disqualified for collusion, debarment, or indebtedness to the district.
