The Center of Equity and Excellence in Aviation (CEEA) at Denver International Airport (DEN) is seeking on-call professional services to support workforce development, talent pipeline, leadership development, career pathways, and aviation industry engagement. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis through task orders. The contract will establish a pool of qualified firms for up to three years with a possible one-year extension. Proposals are due July 20, 2026. Key service categories include executive coaching, workshop and strategic facilitation, selection committee participation, and general professional services. Proposers must accept the sample contract without exception. The procurement emphasizes equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Contractors must submit one invoice per service category. Compensation is based on negotiated rates and project-specific scopes of work. Payment is for successfully delivered and accepted services.
