This is a solicitation for fitness equipment repair and maintenance services at the Los Angeles Air Force Base and Fort MacArthur Fitness Center. The contractor will be responsible for monthly preventive maintenance, responding to service calls within 48 hours, repairing equipment within 48 hours, and obtaining written approval before removing any equipment. The government will provide all required parts. The contractor must comply with all safety regulations and provide a quality control plan. The contractor must appoint a program manager and an alternate. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, excluding federal holidays. A list of equipment is included in Appendix C.
