This tender is for protection services. The contractor will provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform protection services. The period of
performance is for one base year of twelve months and four 12-month option years. Quality control is the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor must develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality control system that includes a written quality control plan (QCP). The government will evaluate the contractor's
performance under this contract in accordance with the quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). Contractor personnel must possess and maintain a secret security clearance. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services. The contractor is responsible for conducting business between the hours of **** to ****, with the possibility for work to be performed between the extended hours of **** to ****, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or when the government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar government-directed facility closings. The work will be performed at Fort Sam Houston and at the contractor's offsite facilities by exception of COR approval as well as various CONUS and OCONUS installations under IMCOM. The government will award a firm fixed price. The government has unlimited rights to all documents/material produced under this contract. The contractor shall complete the following training: antiterrorism, iWatch, OPSEC, cyber awareness, and access to government information systems. The contractor shall report all contractor labor hours, including subcontractor labor hours, required for
performance of services provided under this contract for the Department of the Army via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to complete all required data in the system for award management (SAM). Applicable publications are listed. A technical exhibit list is included, including a
performance requirements summary, deliverables schedule, and sample HHA schedule.
