Sealed bids for stoplog slot construction are due at 2:00 PM local time on August 27, 2025. Bids must be submitted in original and 1 copy. A bid guarantee is required, and offers providing less than 120 calendar days for government acceptance are not considered. The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving award. Additional documents required include a complete and signed **** with amendments acknowledged, a complete bid schedule, a complete contractor information sheet, the bidders original bid guarantee, and a subcontracting plan (for non-small businesses). The solicitation is unrestricted. The estimated price range is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The government reserves the right to postpone or delay the bid opening date.
