The Davis School District is seeking proposals for promotional items and print shop services. The selected vendor will provide a full-service solution including design, sourcing, production, custom landing page, customer service, and delivery. The solution must integrate with Print Shop Pro. The contract is governed by Utah law. Contractors must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Records must be maintained for at least four years. Contractors must certify registration and use of the E-Verify system for new employees in Utah. Indemnification clauses are included.
