Proposals must include a valid statement for at least 90 days from the submission deadline, a statement of willingness to perform the services, cost breakdown by site and month, similar/previous experience, at least 3 references, and a signature of an authorized individual. Indian preference will be given to responding parties who provide proof of current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employments Office (TERO). The evaluation criteria is outlined in the RFP. The successful vendor will be required to have insurance acceptable to the Nation. Any costs incurred by the vendor in preparation, transmittal, or presentation of the proposal are the responsibility of the vendor. The Nation reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

The 42d contracting squadron at Maxwell Air Force Base is seeking sources for air purification equipment for microbial reduction, remediation, and prevention in Building 1431. The equipment must be military-grade, continuously neutralize mold, viruses, germs, and bacteria, and purify air and surfaces. Delivery and installation are required on the first and second floors of Building 1431. The contractor must provide equipment manuals, maintenance guides, and manufacturer warranties. Brand new equipment is required; refurbished items are not authorized.

The tender is for the purchase of eleven 2025 hybrid pickup trucks. Bidders must have a service facility on the island where the vehicles will be delivered, and proof of licensing. The bid price must include all applicable taxes, labor, materials, parts, freight, and transportation charges, and any cost incurred to deliver the vehicles to the specified destinations. The offeror must submit brochures and/or specifications literature verifying that the vehicle offered conforms to the specifications. The state will be the sole judge of the comparative quality and suitability of the vehicle offered. Award will be to the responsive, responsible offeror submitting the lowest total bid price. Delivery must be completed within 365 calendar days of the official start date. Upon delivery, the following items must be submitted: Hawaii safety inspection certificate, application for registration, odometer certificate, notarized certificate of bill of sale, and certificate of weight and measures. The contractor is responsible for registering and licensing the vehicle. The state reserves the right to inspect the offeror's repair and service shop. The state is not liable for any work, contract, costs, expenses, loss of profit, or any damages whatsoever incurred by the company prior to receipt of the purchase order. The vehicle must be new, the best quality of its respective kind, and free from defects. The contractor shall furnish and deliver the vehicle within 365 calendar days of the official start date on the notice to proceed. The state shall have 30 calendar days after receipt of invoice or satisfactory completion of contract to make payment. A protest must be submitted in writing within five 5 working days after the aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto. All material given to or made available to the contractor by virtue of this purchase order, which is identified as proprietary or confidential information, will be safeguarded by the contractor, and shall not be disclosed to any individual or organization without the prior written approval of the state.
