Office of Personnel Management qualification standards for Rangeland Management or Ecology series, and Soil Science series, with relevant experience. Crew members need a minimum of two years of undergraduate training in biological or earth sciences.

The contractor may be held financially liable for any shortage, loss, damage, or destruction of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
