This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for environmental testing of electronics products by industry and commercial companies. The BPA has a 3-year ordering period and a maximum cumulative ceiling of $900,000. Quotes for order requirements will be solicited from BPA holders via email. The government reserves the right to resolicit the BPA requirement to add more BPA holders. The minimum order is $2,**** will generally be placed by written orders, using the **** or DD Form **** contracting officers at DMEA are the only users authorized to place orders. All services will be initiated within 15 calendar days following receipt of a valid order. The contractor agrees that the supplies or services furnished under this BPA shall be covered by the commercial warranties, which it provides to any customer for such supplies or services. All shipments under this BPA shall be accompanied by a delivery notice, ticket or sales. The contractor will submit a 2in1 invoice electronically via the wide area workflow (WAWF). A summary invoice shall be submitted monthly or upon expiration of this BPA, whichever occurs first. Vendor location within 120 miles of DMEA is preferred.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) is seeking to award a delivery order for switches and wireless access point products under an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The products must be from a specific manufacturer (brand name) due to unique features required by ICE, such as a center management application, digital network architecture, and power stacking capabilities. The period of performance is 90 days after receipt of the delivery order award. The contracting officer determined that the anticipated prices will be fair and reasonable based on adequate price competition. OAQ will seek and solicit as many authorized resellers of the specified products as possible to increase competition.

The United States Air Force Test Pilot School is seeking a purchase order for a radar lab system. The solicitation is a full and open competition. Vendors must meet specific requirements for the Festo LVseries **** radar system, including exact part numbers. Quotes must include installation and delivery costs, and be submitted via email by 26 September 2025 at 16:30 PM Pacific Daylight Time. The government intends to award without discussions. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for supplies or services. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements within 30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement (BOA) after the date of publication of this synopsis. Proposals received within 45 days of publication will be considered. The government is not using FAR part 12 policies in its solicitation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. One or more items are subject to free trade agreements, the Buy American Act, and balance of payments program. The World Trade Organization government procurement agreement and free trade agreements are also included in the solicitation.

The Air Force Test Center intends to award a sole-source contract to Talen X, Inc. for providing broadsim global navigation satellite system simulation hardware and software. The contract is a firm fixed price commercial purchase order. The acquisition is sole-source due to the unique capabilities of the Broadsim Gnss simulator. Responses to this notice of intent, which is not a request for proposals, must be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM CDT on October 10, 2025. The responses must demonstrate the offeror's capability to provide the required items.
