Proposals must be received prior to the proposal deadline, which is July 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT. Late proposals will not be accepted.
The successful supplier shall submit an invoice to the districts accounts payable department at ***@***. *. * invoice shall reference the appropriate purchase order number, the service addresss, a detailed explanation of the work that was performed at the location, and, if applicable, the model and serial numbers of each piece of equipment that was serviced andor repaired by the supplier in conjunction with the corresponding invoice. The periodic invoices shall not exceed thirty calendar days from the date of the service.
Offers received will be evaluated based on the criteria identified in section iv: Qualifications and Experience (30 points), Methodology, Approach, and Alignment (35 points), Cost and Budget (20 points), and Timeline and Deliverables (15 points).

If an offer is withdrawn by the supplier after the opening date and time for a period of ninety calendar days, the district may, at its option, suspend the supplier from the bid list and may not accept any offer from the supplier for a six month period following the withdrawal.
Suppliers may appeal by submitting, in writing, a detailed request for reconsideration to the districts director of purchasing within 72 hours after the recommendation of award is posted on bidnet, provided that the appeal is sought by the supplier prior to the district finalizing a contract with the selected supplier.
Any contact with other DPS personnel outside of authorized channels may deem the supplier disqualified, and the proposal will not be accepted for review. Misstating or concealing any material fact in the offer, or not strictly conforming to the law or requirements of the solicitation, can also lead to rejection.
