Delay in receiving invoices, as well as errors and omissions on the invoices, will be considered just cause for withholding payment without losing discount privileges.
Contractor must provide the manufacturer's standard written warranty upon delivery of product. Contractor warrants that the manufacturer will honor the standard written warranty provided.
Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive offeror whose quote meets or exceeds all the requirements of set forth in this solicitation. Award will be made by complete lots. Award to one offeror.
Mandatory minimum qualifications include proven experience providing literacy or educational software solutions in K12 environments, evidence of successful deployment in public school districts, references from K12 school districts of similar size and scope, and demonstrated experience with FERPA and COPPA compliant student data systems.
In case of default by the contractor, Horry County Schools reserves the right to purchase any or all items in default in the open market, charging the contractor with any additional costs. The defaulting contractor shall not be considered a responsible contractor until the assessed charge has been satisfied.
To protest a solicitation, you must submit a protest within fifteen days of the date the applicable solicitation document is issued. To protest an award, you must submit notice of your intent to protest within seven business days of the date the award notice is posted, and submit your actual protest within fifteen days of the date the award notice is posted.
Failure to comply with instructions, such as signing the quote, may result in disqualification. Improperly requesting a preference can have serious consequences.
